Some dogs certainly enjoy hugs, especially from their family members.
While there may have been a few smart takeaways from the article that claimed they don’t like hugs (such as learning to read doggie body language) it still amazes me how overblown the “study” was. It made it into all the major news outlets & numerous blogs before anyone seemed to realize it was just the observations of one individual.
